Thank you for contacting Schnauzer Love Rescue, Inc. (SLR) to become a volunteer to conduct home visits for adopters, fosters, and transporters.

To conduct home visits you must also complete the Volunteer Waiver and Release of Liability Form.

It is important that all of the questions on this form be answered as completely and as accurately as possible. Thank you again for contacting SLR.

Instructions for Applicant
